Janet's degree in Fashion Design (and avid fandom of Property Brothers and numerous other HGTV shows) gives her an edge when it comes to preparing homes for market. When working with sellers, she uses her keen eye in advising on modern touches and stylish staging, so that when her clients' homes are for sale, they receive maximum interest and Top Dollar.
Janet loves working in the Bay Area and bonding with clients over everything the Bay Area has to offer. She's always eager to share secret beaches she's discovered, special hiking spots, and insider tips for day trips, whether to Santa Cruz or San Francisco or aywhere in between. When she isn't working, Janet is often found at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Gilroy Gardens, or Great America with her kids. She is also a Super Fan of multiple local professional teams including the 49ers, Warriors, and Sharks.
