Avinika knows no home preparation process is ever the same, and she tackles new challenges head on, always keeping her eye on the prize: a composed home ready to get clients Top Dollar. She loves seeing clients’ reactions to the “facelifts” she brings to their homes, knowing the time and effort that goes into home preparation is always worth it.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Avinika can’t imagine living anywhere else. She’s proud to have attended both De Anza and Foothill Colleges prior to transferring to U.C. Davis. After graduating, Avinika returned to the Bay Area and loves that she’s never out of new restaurants and dishes to try and never tires of the multitude of day trips available to her: the beach, hiking in a variety of local mountain ranges, and visiting San Francisco, all of which allow her to participate in two of her favorite hobbies: being active and photography. When at home, Avinika can be found playing chess with her partner; rooting for the San Jose Earthquakes, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco 49ers; and playing with her two young cats that she adopted at just two weeks old and bottle fed with her partner.
Avinika always brings a smile to the office and looks forward to meeting and serving new clients.
